To hotel doorman Eddie, his personal and professional lives have proved major disappointments. So, when he is called back home to help his dying father, he is neither emotionally nor financially prepared to do so. Nonetheless, Eddie returns home, where he is reunited with his crazed family. Soon, he is forced to confront a past he’s been running away from for a long time.
